舒适护理在经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤显微切除术中的应用效果。方法:50例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组采用常规护理方法进行护理,观察组在术前、术后及术后并发症采用舒适护理方法进行护理,观察2组护理效果。结果:观察组患者对护理的满意率为100.0%,高于对照组的79.2%(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率12.0%,低于对照组的36.0%(P<0.05)。结论:对经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤显微切除术患者应用舒适护理可明显提高患者的满意率,减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者康复。Objective： To explore the effects of comfortable nuring in the resection of pituitary adenomas by endonasal transsphenoidal approach. Methods： Fifty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group（ 25 cases each group）. The observation group and control group were nursed with comfortable nuring and routine nursing before and after operation,respectively.The nursing effects between two groups were compared. Results： The satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group（ 100%） was higher than that in control group（ 79. 2%）（ P〈 0. 05）. The incidence of postoperative complication in observation group（ 12. 0%） was lower than that in control group（ 36. 0%）（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The comfortable nuring in the resection of pituitary adenomas by endonasal transsphenoidal approach can significantly improve the patient＇ s satisfaction rate,reduce postoperative complication and promote the patient＇s rehabilitation.
