清洁间歇性导尿治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨清洁间歇性导尿(CIC)治疗宫颈癌根治术后并发尿潴留的效果。方法:将83例宫颈癌术后并发尿潴留患者随机分为观察组43例,对照组40例。对照组按常规方法置入导尿管,观察组采用CIC。对2组患者膀胱功能恢复时间及拔除导尿管1周后残余尿量进行比较。结果:观察组膀胱功能恢复时间明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。而2组在拔除导尿管1周后残余尿量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CIC可以促进宫颈癌根治术后膀胱功能恢复。Objective： To explore the curative effect of clean intermittent catheterization on urinary retention after radical resection of the cervical carcinoma. Methods： Eighty-three cases of cervical carcinoma complicated by post operative urinary retention were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 43） and control group（ n = 40）. The control group were treated by the conventional method of implanting a urinary drainage tube,while the observation group by clean intermittent catheterization. The recovery time of the bladder function and the residual urine volume one week after the removal of the catheter were observed and compared between the two groups.Results： The recovery time of the bladder function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group（ P〈0. 01）,but the residual urine volume one week after the removal of the catheter was not significantly different between the two groups.（ P 〉0. 05）.Conclusions： Clean intermittent catheterization is helpful to the recovery of the bladder function of patients who had received radical operation of the cervical carcinoma.
