摘　　要：本文主要介绍了一款基于LTCC工艺的0．81—0．96GHz3dB电桥的研制，包括设计的理论基础、设计与仿真方法、LTCC工艺实施及最终的产品测试，测试结果表明样品的性能已经满足预定的技术要求。The development of 0.81 ~ 0.96 GHz 3dB hybrid based on LTCC process is discussed in this paper, including the theoretic foundation, the methods of design and simulation, the product process and measurement. The test results prove that the samples can meet the preconcerted specifications.
