集权管理模式企业流程再造浅析

摘　　要：在现今的市场中,企业之间的竞争愈发表现为供应链之间的竞争,因此企业对原有核心业务流程进行再造和优化,以此提高企业效率、获得市场竞争优势的需求显得尤为迫切。而集权管理模式企业由于其自身管理结构和企业文化特征,在市场化的目标下,其流程管理面临着些许不适应市场需求和发展的问题,亟需进行业务流程的再造或优化。此类企业在进行核心业务流程再造时,仍需要综合考虑企业内外因素和需求,在基本的再造设计思路基础上进行可行性方案的调整。In today’s market, the expression of the competition between enterprises increasingly becomes the competi tion between supply chains, so enterprises are in parti cularly urgent need to reengineer and opti mize their core business procedures, so as to enhance enterprise efficiency and acquire market competitive edge. Due to their own characteristics, toward the direction of market principle, those centralized management mode enterprises, shouldering certain uneasy problems with demand and development of the market, are badly in need of reengineering and optimization for their core business procedures. When they carry out related working flow reengineering, those enterprises sti ll need to fully take care of various factors as well as demands from inside and outside of themselves, while adjusti ng possible feasibility scheme based on initi al reengineering consideration.
