摘 要:古希腊各城邦由盛趋衰和苏格拉底被雅典民主政体判处死刑,促使柏拉图开始探讨正义问题,并将其精力投入到对现行政体改革的设想中。为了找到正义的本质,在《国家篇》的第一卷,他借苏格拉底之口、以对话的方式批驳了几种现行的正义观。在论辩中,他往往通过提问和不断反诘的方式使对方不自觉地进入他所设置的论辩陷阱,以达到反驳对方观点的目的。虽然他的一些论辩可以说是诡辩,但也正是在这样的论辩中,他对正义的认识变得逐渐清晰起来,为他此后建构理想国打下了坚实的基础。The change from ups to downs about the Grecian polis and the capital punishment for Socrates by the Athenian democracy ur- ged Plato to reflect upon the justice and put himself into the assumption of reforming the current political system. In order to seek the na- ture of justice, Plato retorted several views about justice in the voice of Socrates by means of dialogue. Through questioning or retorting, he was ready to make others go into the debate trap set by him and then reached his own goal. Though some of his debates belonged to sophistry, he had a clearer understanding of justice, laying solid foundation for constructing his "The Republic".
