摘　　要：本文以新闻自由言说的现实为起点 ,提出当代新闻自由言说正在逐步实现重心的转移 ,即从对新闻自由为言说中心转向其制度化的形式———新闻法为言说中心。文章通过梳理近当代中国新闻自由言说的历史进程 ,阐明了这种转向的背景、实质、进程、问题及现实基础。同时借鉴有关自由学说的解说方式 ,对当前新闻自由言说转向的逻辑发展进行了探索性的论述。Based on the realty of the press liberty, the article puts forward the gradual deflection of viewpoints on press liberty, which means a shift from viewpoints centered on the press liberty to a systemized form centered on the press law. through analyzing the historical process of the later and contemporary Chinas viewpoints on press liberty, the article illustrates the background, essence, process, problems and the reality ground of such deflection. Meanwhile, using the explanatory way of the liberty related theories for reference, an exploring discussion on the logic development of the deflection has also been made.
