莫沙必利联合阿嗪米特和铝碳酸镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨比较莫沙必利分别联合阿嗪米特与铝碳酸镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 2010年2月至2012年2月我院住院接受治疗的胆汁反流性胃炎患者120例,对照组40例给予莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁给药,观察组80例给予莫沙必利联合阿嗪米特给药,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率97.50%、胃镜下总有效率95.00%均显著高于对照组的85.00%、80.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者的症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论莫沙必利联合阿嗪米特治疗胆汁反流性胃炎,临床疗效确切,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,内镜下明显改善胆汁反流。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Mosapride respectively combined with Atriazine Mitt and Hydrotalcid for treating with bile reflux gastritis（BRG）. Methods 120 cases with BRG in past two years in our hospital were divided into two groups by the order of admission time. The control group（40 cases）was given the mosapride combined with Hydrotalcid while the observation group （ 80 cases ） was given mosapride combined with Atriazine Mitt,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and endoscopic total efficiency of the observation group was 97. 50% and 95. 00%, which were significantly higher than 85. 00% and 80.00% of the control group（P 〈 0.05 ） ;the symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of Mosapride combined with Atriazine Mitt for treating with BRG is good,it can effectively alleviate the patient＇s clinical symptoms, and improve the endoscopic bile reflux significantly.
