摘　　要：针对当前企业战略管理与项目管理严重脱节的问题,企业迫切需要进行战略管理与项目管理的有效匹配。运用战略与项目耦合机理与"熵"理论,构建企业战略-资源-项目耦合模型。应用耦合模型,分别阐释企业战略与资源、项目与资源、战略与项目耦合度的计算方法,为战略项目选择及资源优化配置提供数理方法的支撑,有利于解决企业界及学术界长期以来想解决而至今未有解决的问题,也对其他行业具有参考价值。To resolve the serious disruption between strategy management and project management at the present, the author proposes a coupling theory, establishing the enterprise strategy-resources-project coupling model based on the ＂entropy＂ theory and the coupling mechanism between strategy and project. Moreover, the author clarifies methods for calculating coupling degrees between enterprise strategy and resource, between project and resource, and between the strategy and project, providing mathematical support for the selection of strategic projects and optimal allocation of resources. This research not only helps solve the problems which have hitherto remained unsolved by the enterprises and the academia, but also provides reference for other industries.
