摘　　要：20世纪90年代初期,以乌克兰为代表的很多中东欧国家开始了私有化改革。乌克兰私有化改革是一场所有制关系的重大变革,其经验和教训可以为其他国家进行经济改革提供有意的借鉴和参考,具有非常重要的意义。国内学术界早在20年前就已经开始了对乌克兰私有化问题的研究,积累了很多的研究成果,但是一直缺乏系统的分析和总结。文章对乌克兰私有化的历史进程进行了回顾,系统地梳理了国内有关乌克兰私有化问题研究的成果,总结了乌克兰私有化的经验和教训,进而结合我国经济改革的实际情况提出了一些建议。Many central and eastern European countries, taking Ukraine as representative, started the privatization reform in early ninety＇s 20th century. Ukraine privatization reform is a profound change in ownership relationship, the experiences and lessons learned in the process of privatization can provide meaningful reference for other countries＇eeonomic reform, having very important significance. As early as two decades ago, China＇s academic field began the research on privatization in Ukraine and accumulated a lot of achievements, but has been a lack of systematic analysis and summary. This paper reviews the historical process of privatization in Ukraine, systematically looks into domestic study concerning the privatization in Ukraine, summarizes the experiences and lessons of privatization in Ukraine. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions based on the actual situation of China＇s economic reform.
