摘　　要："种子计划"项目是全国妇联与李嘉诚基金会联合实施的农村妇女发展项目,主旨是通过项目实施动员各方各类资源的参与,特别是倡导妇女的参与,提升女村官自身能力和村民能力,促进农村发展。文章从设计与决策、动力与贡献、资源的控制与利用、能力运用与培养、自我认知与自立、收益分享等方面研究"种子计划"项目实施中的农村妇女参与,以揭示在农村发展项目中影响农村妇女参与的内因和外因。The 'Seed Program' is a rural women development program jointly implemented by All China Women's Federation and the Li Ka Shing Foundation. It aims to improve the capacity of female village officers and villagers and boost rural development by mobilizing all kinds of resources in the project implementation, particularly the participation of women. This article studies on the participation of rural women in the project implementation of'Seed Program'in terms of design and decision-making, motivation and contribution, control and use of resources, capacity application and training,self-cognition and self-supporting, and share of benefits. It aims to find out the internal and external causes of rural women's participation in rural development projects.
