摘　　要：对我国高校社会体育指导与管理专业实践教学进行分析,认为校内实训基地的长期缺失严重影响了高校人才培养质量,探讨了高校社会体育指导与管理专业校内实训基地建设的必要性和可行性,校内实训基地建设是高校深化教学改革与发展的需要;校内实训基地是高校培养应用型体育人才的有效平台;高校具备建设校内实训基地的实力;校内实训基地的运作具有较强的可操作性,有利于与科研相结合。The author analyzed the practical teaching of the social sports guidance and management major in universities in China, put forward that the lack of an on-campus training base over a long period of time had seriously affected college professional cultivation quality, probed into the necessity and feasibility to build an on-campus training base for the social sports guidance and management major in universities, and revealed the following find- ings： the construction of an on-campus training base is a need of a university for deepening teaching reform and development; an on-campus training base is an effective platform for a university to cultivate application type sports professionals; universities have the strength and ability to build an on-campus training base; the operation of an on-campus training base is quite feasible, beneficial to combining with scientific research.
