摘  要:目的探讨肠源性内毒素血症对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者的作用及其可能机制。方法通过神经心理学测验检测入组患者认知功能,分为AD组和健康对照者各40例,采用显色基质鲎试剂法检测脂多糖(LPS)水平,ELISA法检测TNF-α和Tau蛋白水平。结果 AD患者MMSE、ADAS-Cog分数与对照组比较,MMSE分数明显低于对照组(t=16.473,P<0.001),ADAS-Cog分数明显高于对照组(t=18.067,P<0.001);LPS、TNF-α及Tau蛋白水平明显高于对照组(t=5.317,P<0.001;t=5.014,P<0.001;t=17.393,P<0.001)。结论 AD患者存在肠源性内毒素血症,并可能在AD发病过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To study the effect of intestinal endotoxemia(IETM) on Alzheimer's disease (AD) and its possible mechanisms.Methods Through cognitive function in patients with neuropsychological testing into the test group,divided into the AD group and healthy controls 40 cases in each group.Lipopolysaccharides(LPS) level was detected by CE TAL;TNF-α and Tau protein levels were tested by ELISA.Results In patients with AD,MMSE scores were significantly lower than control group(t =16.473,P < 0.001),ADAS-Cog score were significantly higher than the control group(t =18.067,P < 0.001) ;LPS,TNF-α and Tau protein levels were significantly higher than control group(t =5.317,P < 0.001 ; t =0.001,P < 0.001 ; t =0.001,P < 0.001).Conclusions Patients with AD accompanied with IETM.It may be play an important role in the course of AD.
