中药万应胶囊治疗并发性白内障术后炎症反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：通过对并发性白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术后服用中药万应胶囊进行临床观察，观察万应胶囊对白内障术后眼前段炎症反应的疗效。方法并发性白内障小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术后，且中医辨证为肝热上扰患者58例，随机分为2组：对照组28例（30眼），术后予以常规西药治疗；观察组30例（33眼，）术后同时给予西药及万应胶囊治疗。5d后，观察病人眼前段炎症反应、全身症状、及视力，并对眼前段炎症反应评分。结果术后第5d ，观察组患者眼前段炎症反应积分较对照组明显偏低（ P＜0．01，t＝4．042）；观察组患者全身症状缓解率明显较对照组别高（ P＜0．05，χ2＝12．21）；观察组患者矫正视力与对照组矫正视力比较无明显区别（ P＞0．05，t＝0．948）。结论中药万应胶囊能减轻白内障术后眼前段炎症反应，改善患者术后全身症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wanying capsules on the patients with anterior segment inflammation post non - phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation through small incision .Methods 58 patients with complicated cataract and classified as liver -yang hyperactivity post small incision non -phacoemulsification were selected in this study .Those patients were divided into two groups randomly .28 cases（30 eyes） in control group were taken routine western therapy post -surgery ,and the observation group of 30 patients（33 eyes） were given Wanying capsules with basic therapy .The anterior segment inflammation ,systemic symptom ,visual acuity were observed 5 days post -surgery .The scale of inflammation was also made .Results The integrals of inflammation scale in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0 .01 ,t=4 .042） .The remission rate of systemic symptom was higher than that in control group（P〈0 .05 ,χ2 =12 .21） ,and there was no difference of corrected vision between two groups （ P 〉 0 .05 ,t = 0 .948 ） .Conclusion Wanying capsule can help to alleviate the inflammation and systemic symptoms post -surgery .
