清开灵注射液离子导入治疗急性前葡萄膜炎的规范化整理研究

摘　　要：目的：观察清开灵注射液离子导入治疗急性前葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。方法将78例（122只眼）患者分为两组，治疗组39例（61只眼），对照组39例（61只眼），治疗组：清开灵离子导入组。对照组：激素组。观察两组的疗效、平均疗程及复发率。结果有效率：治疗组96．72％，对照组86．89％，两组比较有显著性差异（ P＜0．05）；复发率：治疗组患者在第一年内61眼例有4眼复发，复发率为6．56％；对照组第一年内61眼中有12眼复发，复发率为19．67％。治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著性（ P＜0．05）。结论清开灵注射液离子导入治疗急性前葡萄膜炎，疗效显著，且能降低本病的复发率，值得临床推广应用。Objective To Clear open spirit injection ion into the clinical curative effect of treatment of acute anterior uveitis .Methods 78 patients （122 eyes）were divided into two groups ,treatment group （39 cases（61 eyes）and control group 39 cases（61 eyes） ,treatment group ：qing ling iontophoresis group .Control group：the hormone group .To observe the curative effect of two groups ,average period of treatment ,and the recurrence rate .Results Efficient ：treatment group （96 .72% ,86 .89% in control group ,two groups have significant difference （ P 〈 0 .05 ）;recurrence rate ：the treatment group patients 61 cases with 4 eyes recurrence within the first year ,the recurrence rate was 6 .56% ;the control group in the first year ,61 eyes of 12 eyes has a relapse ,the recurrence rate was 19 .67% .The treatment group had significant difference compared with control group（P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Qing kai ling injection iontophoresis treatment of acute anterior uveitis ,curative effect is distinct ,and can reduce the recurrence of the disease ,worthy of clinical popularization and application .
