摘　　要：黑眼圈是严重影响颜面部美观的损美性疾病，反映了眼周络脉的病理变化。络病学是中医理论体系的重要组成部分，本文从络脉之气络、血络探讨黑眼圈的病机及治疗。Infraorbital Dark Circles is a disease seriously affecting the facial appearance ,which also reflects the pathological changes of the collateral around the eyes .The collateral disease theory is the important component part of TCM theory system .This article discusses the pathological mechanism and treatment of infraorbital dark circles in terms of qi collateral and blood collateral .
