摘　　要：目的：观察用鼠神经生长因子配合麝香治疗视网膜色素变性的临床疗效。方法在常规对症治疗基础上，采用鼠神经生长因子肌注配合口服麝香治疗视网膜色素变性患者。结果通过7天治疗，视力明显提高。结论鼠神经生长因子配合麝香可有效改善视网膜色素变性症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of mNGF and Musk on retinitis pigmentosa . Methods On the basis of Conventional and symptomatic treatment ,using Intramuscular injecting mNGF and Oraling Oral to improve the symptoms of retinitis pigmentosa .Results After 7 days’treatment ,visual acuity is significantly improved .Conclusion mNGF uniting Musk can improve the symptoms of retinitis pigmentosa effectively .
