摘　　要：针灸疗法起源于我国原始社会,传数千年至今不衰.春秋战国时代,《五十二病方》及《内经》记载了先人在早期医疗实践中,治疗耳鼻咽喉疾病多以针灸为主.东汉至晋代,《针灸甲乙经》记载了许多治疗耳鼻咽喉科疾病的针灸辨治选穴方法.由唐代迄明代,有关耳鼻咽喉科疾病的针灸辨治选穴配方的记述甚多,腧穴处方渐趋完善;如《针灸资生经》、《针灸聚英》等记述了各种耳鼻咽喉科病证的配穴处方.清代,针灸疗法日臻完善,尤于喉科发展很快,临证多重针灸,各家心得颇多,其中以郑宏纲、夏云较为突出.文中倡导耳鼻咽喉科同仁关注针灸疗法的研究和应用.Acupuncture therapy originated in Primitive society in China, passed on for thousands of years. Recording in Prescriptions for Fifty--two Diseases and The Inner Canon, compiled in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring State Period, shows that acupuncture is the common measure in treating ENT diseases. From East-Han Dynasty to Jin Dynasty, A-- B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxihustion recorded many acupuncture regimes for many ENT diseases. From Tang Dynasty to Ming Dynasty, there are lots of records in terms of acupuncture prescription for ENT diseases, acupoint prescription are gradually perfected as well, take ZiShengJing of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Gathered Blooms of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for example, the two books recorded acupoint prescription for various ENT diseases. In Qing Dynasty, acupuncture therapy developed quickly and improved further, especially for Laryngeal diseases, acupuncture was applied more in clinic than periods before, medical practitioners achieved more experience, with ZhengHonggang and XiaYun as predominant representatives. For this reason, this paper advocates that more attention to be paid to research and applications of acupuncture in ENT diseases.
