化瘀散结片对增生性玻璃体视网膜病变结缔组织生长因子表达的影响

摘　　要：目的 通过建立增生性玻璃体视网膜病变（PVR）动物模型,研究化瘀散结片对兔眼PVR增生膜中结缔组织生长因子（CTGF）表达的影响.方法 采用＂玻璃体腔内注入体外培养兔视网膜色素上皮（RPE）细胞＂法建立PVR动物模型,用免疫组织化学法观察化瘀散结片对增生膜中CTGF表达的影响.结果 模型组增生膜CTGF的表达及明显高于正常组（P〈0.01）;化瘀散结片组与模型组及阳性药物对组相比较,增生膜CTGF表达明显降低（P〈0.01）.结论 CTGF参与了PVR增生膜的形成;化瘀散结片可能通过降低CTGF表达来抑制PVR增生膜的形成.Objective To study the elect of Huayu Sanjie tablet on proliferation membranes CTGF expression in PVR through establishing experimental animal model of proliferative vitreoretinopathy（PVR）. Methods Separated the RPE cells of the cultivated rabbits outside their bodies, then established the PVR animal model by iniecting these RPE cells into vitreous. Immunobistochemical technique was used to evaluate the expression of CTGF which has been influenced by Huayu Sanjie tablet. Results The expression of CTGF in the model group is more obvious than that in the normal one（P〈0.01） ;In the area of suppression the expression of CTGF. The effect of the Huayusanjie tablet＇s group is better than that of the model group and western medicine group （P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion CTGF has taken part in the formation of PVR proliferation menlbrafle and Huayu Sanjie tablets probably have restrained the formation of PVR proliferation membrane by suppressing the expression of CTGF.
