中西医结合治疗后天性眼外肌麻痹临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中西医结合治疗眼肌麻痹的临床疗效.方法 对42例眼肌麻痹患者进行药物和针刺推拿治疗,并根据辩证分型配伍相应的穴位,观察其疗效.结果 42例患者中,治愈28例,占66.67％;好转10例,占26.19％；无效5例,占7.14％.结论 针刺推拿合并药物治疗眼肌麻痹性有很好的疗效.Objective To observe the of traditional chinese and western medicine in treatment acquired ophthalmitis external. Methods 42 cases acquired ophthalmitis external were treated with drugs and acupuncture and massage therapy,and accorded to the dialectical parting compat -ibility. Results In 42 cases, healing well 28 cases（ 66.67 % ）, effective 10 cases（26.19 % ）, no effective 5 cases（7.14 % ）. Conclusion Ther apery of acupuncture massage and dyugs in treatment acquired has improve effect on aquired ophthalmitis external.
