穴位埋线治疗顽固性葡萄膜炎27例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 明确穴位埋线治疗顽固性葡萄膜炎的临床疗效.方法 临床纳入27例在顽固性葡萄膜炎患者,常规西医治疗同时予以穴位埋线,用改制后的专利针具将特制的蛋白线埋入相关腧穴,观察患者在不同时间的复发情况.结果 埋线后1.5月Behcet复发率57.14％,VKH复发率14.29％,不明病因者复发率30.77％;埋线后3月Behcet复发率42.86％,VKH复发率15.38％,不明病因者复发率14.29％；埋线后4.5月Behcet复发率28.57％,VKH复发率0,不明病因者复发率7.69％.结论 穴位埋线正是基于“整体观念,辨证论治”,以求阴阳合则体质强,可以降低顽固性葡萄膜炎复发率,从而提高顽固性葡萄膜炎患者的临床疗效.Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupoint-catgut-embedding for treatment of refractory uveitis. Methods 27 cases of refractory uveitis were clinically evaluated. Each patient was treated by acupoint-catgut-embedding with protein line by remanufaetured needles as well as routine western medicine therapy. Recurrence the disease at different periods was observed. Results The recurrence rate was observed at 1.5 months, 3 months and 4. 5 months post-treatment. Followed up by 1.5 months, the recurrence rate of Behcet disease, VKH disease and other types of uveitis were 57. 14%, 14. 29% and 30. 77% respectively, and the data was decreased obviously along with the increase of follow-up. Conclusion Acupoint-catgut-embedding is based on the principle of the overall concept and differential treatment, which is essential for healthy physique. It can reduce the recurrence rate of refractory uveitis and improve the clinical efficacy.
