摘  要:目的 观察芪明颗粒对链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)诱发糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织多元醇通路的影响.方法 通过高效液相法检测STZ诱发的糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中葡萄糖、山梨醇、果糖和肌醇含量,观察芪明颗粒对其影响.结果 治疗3月后,与正常组比较,阴性对照组大鼠视网膜组织中肌醇含量明显下降(P<0.01),而山梨醇、葡萄糖及果糖含量显著升高(P<0.01),芪明颗粒治疗组糖尿病大鼠,其视网膜组织肌醇含量显著升高(P<0.05~0.01),而山梨醇、葡萄糖及果糖含量明显下降(P<0.01).结论 芪明颗粒能明显抑制糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织多元醇通路的异常活跃,促进肌醇合成增加,从而减轻组织细胞的损伤.Objective To observe the effect on STZ (Streptozotocin,STZ) induce the polyol pathway of retinal tissue of diabetes rats by Qi Ming granule. Methods Detect glucose content, sorbitol content, fructose content and inositol content of STZ-induced diabetes rats, retinal tissue by HPLC, and observe the effect on it by Qi Ming granule. Results After 3 months, treatment, compared with the normal group, inositol content of rats, retinal tissue in negative control group decrease significantly (P〈 0.01), but sorbitoi,glucose and fructose content increase significantly (P 〈 0.01), in Qi Ming granules treatment group,inositol content increase significantly (P〈0.05 - 0.01 ), but sorbitol, glucose and fructose contents decrease significantly (P〈0.01). Conclusion Qi Ming granule can inhibit the hyperactivity of the polyol pathway of diabetes rats, retinal tissue, increased synthesis of inositol, thus reduce histiocytic damage.
