290例近视患者LASIK手术的护理体会

摘　　要：目的 探讨近视患者LASIK的护理体会.方法对290例近视患者进行术前、术中和术后的综合护理.结果本组近视眼2 90例（560只眼）全部脱镜,术后最佳裸眼视力1.5,最低裸眼视力0.8,裸眼视力≥1.0者505眼（90.2%）;术后2例（3眼）术后15～30 d眼压＞24 mmHg,经停用激素,加用降压眼药水后均恢复正常.本组病例未发生明显并发症.结论 LASIK可矫正近视的屈光度范围从高度扩展到中、低度,治疗近视准确、安全、有效,护士应加强的学习,积累经验,规范手术环境,手术流程,使手术取得更满意的效果.Objective To discuss the nursing experiences in patients with LASIK surgery. Methods Integrated nurseries were given to 290 patients with myopia pre-operation, intra-operation and post operation. Results Visual acuity in 290 cases（560 eyes） were corrected post-operation. The best naked vision was 1.5,and the lowest was 0.8,90.2% cases（505 eyes） reach or over 1.0. The intraocular pressure in 2 cases（3 eyes） were over 24mmHg 15 to 30 days post-operation, and dropped to normal level after application of hypotensive agents and inhibition of hormones. No obviously complications were observed. Conclusion The diopter corrected by LASIK can range from excessive myopia to medium or low myopia. LASIK is a effective and safe way for the treatment of myopia. Nurses should keep learning and regulate the operative procedures to achieve more satisfied results after surgery.
