摘　　要：初步探讨《眼科要旨》作者张廷桂及其成书背景、学术源流及特点。此书将眼科的生理病理概括为“不外乎气血而已”，将眼科的病机总结为“不脱风热二字”，将眼科的治法大纲提炼为“不过补泻”，在审因论治方面强调脏腑内治、重在治本，用药遣方不乏独特之处，学术观点明确，不失为一部具有临床指导价值的眼科专著。This study focus on the writing background,academic origins and the characteristics of Yan Ke Yao Zhi,as well as the investigation of the author Zhang tinggui. The book summarize the ophthalmic physiology and pathology as nothing more than blood and qi,the pathogenesis is summed as wind and heat, and treatment outline is nothing but reinforcing and reducing. It emphasis on the internal treatment and governance, some of the prescription is distinctive, and the academic reviews is explicit, which makes book as an ophthalmic monograph with values of clinical guidance.
