中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效.方法 对64例（64眼）视网膜静脉阻塞患者随机分成两组,中西医组32例（32眼）采用中西医结合治疗,西医组32例（32眼）采用单纯西医治疗.结果 中西医组32例（32眼）治愈4例,显效13例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率为87.5％,西医组32例（32眼）治愈2例,显效6例,有效14例,无效10例,总有效率为68.75％.中西医组与西医组差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 中西医结合视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗.Objective To observe the clinical effect of retinal vein occlusion treated with traditionalwestern eombinded treatment. Methods 64 cases （64 eyes） with retinal vein occlusion were devided into two groups randomly, the TCM group with 32 cases were treated with traditional-western combinded treatment, and the other group was treated with western medicine. Results 4 cases in TCM group were cured, 13 cases achieved significant effect compared with other 11 cases, and the treatment in 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate is 87. 5%. 2 cases in western group were cured, and 20 cases had different effect, the treatment in 10 cases were invalid, so the total effective rate is 68.75%. The treatment effect between two groups were different. （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional-western combinded treatment for retinal vein occlusion is superior to the treatment with western medicine .
