摘　　要：目的 观察针刺对高眼压模型大鼠视网膜凋亡基因Bc1-2、Bax表达的影响.方法 采用Akria法,制作大鼠持续高眼压模型,针刺睛明、太冲穴,针刺治疗四周,第四周末处死大鼠,观察针刺对大鼠视网膜神经节细胞（ retinalganglioncells,RGCs）凋亡基因的影响.结果 针刺治疗使Bc1-2抑制凋亡基因表达增多,Bax促进凋亡基因表达减少及Bc1-2/ Bax的比值升高.结论 针刺对高眼压大鼠视网膜有保护作用.Objective to observe the effect on expressions of retinal ganglion cell apoptosis gene Bcl- 2,Bax in elevated intraocular pressure rats by acupuncture. Methods Akria method was utilized to generate elevated intraocular pressure rat models. At the end of acupuncture in BL1 （jingming）and LR3 （taichong） acupoints for four weeks, the rats were sacrificed to observe the effect on expressions of retinal ganglion cell （RGCs） apoptosis gene Bcl-2 and Bax. Results acupuncture could upgrade expressions of Bcl-2 inhibitory gene. Meanwhile, Bax gene could promote downgrade of apoptosis gene and elevate Bcl-2/ Bax ratio. Conclusion acupuncture had therapeutic effect on retina in elevated intraocuLar pressure rats.
