化瘀散结片对实验性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变兔基质MMP2及MMP9的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察化瘀散结片对Dispase Ⅰ诱导的增生性玻璃体视网膜病变（proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR）兔视网膜组织中基质金属蛋白酶2（MMP2）及基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP9）蛋白表达的影响.方法 通过免疫蛋白印迹法检测DipaseⅠ诱导的PVR兔视网膜组织中MMP2及MMP9蛋白水平的表达情况,观察化瘀散结片对其的影响.结果 治疗28天以后阴性对照组MMP2、MMP9蛋白表达水平高于正常对照组（P＜0.01）、阳性对照组（P＜0.05）、化瘀散结片高、中剂量治疗组（P＜0.05～0.01）,与化瘀散结片低剂量治疗组比较无差异（P＞0.05）,提示化瘀散结片能降低PVR兔MMP2、MMP9蛋白表达水平且有一定的量效差异.结论 化瘀散结片能降低实验性PVR兔MMP2及MMP9的蛋白表达水平,从而抑制PVR的进一步发生发展.Objective To observe the effect of Huyusanjie tablet on the MMP2 and MMP9 of retinal tissue of the experimental PVR rabbit induced by Dispase I . Methods Detect MMP2 and MMP9 of retinal tissue of the experimental PVR rabbit induced by Dispase I , and observe the effect on it by Huayusanjie tablet. Results After 28 days treatment, the expression Levels of MMP2 and MMP9 in negative control group are above the normal group（P〈0.01）, positive control group（P〈0.05）, Huyusanjie tablet HD and TD control groups（P〈0.05-0.01）, but compare negative control group with Huyusanjie tablet LD group, it is not different between negative control group and Huyusanjie tablet LD group（P〉0.05） ,which prompt that Huyusanjie tablet can reduce the expression Levels of MMP2 and MMP9 of PVR rabit, there is a certain dose-effect relationship. Conclution Huyusanjie tablet can reduce the expression Levels of MMP2 and MMP9 of PVR rabit,thus control the development of PVR rabbit.
