3～7岁弱视儿童气质与父母养育方式的调查分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨3～7岁弱视儿童气质与父母养育因素的相互影响.方法 应用NYLS 3～7岁儿童气质问卷、父母养育方式评价量表,收集3～7岁弱视儿童498名进行调查分析.结果 父母的情感温暖对男孩气质的影响是一致的；父母的过分干涉、拒绝、否认、情感温暖、理解与男孩的注意分散、趋避性、规律性均呈显著正相关,与男孩的活动量、反应阈、情绪本质、规律性呈显著性负相关,恰好与女孩相反.结论 弱视儿童气质对父母养育方式的影响,大于父母养育方式对弱视儿童气质的影响；对父亲养育方式发生直接影响的是弱视儿童气质,对母亲养育方式发生直接影响的是行为,妥善的养育方式对弱视儿童的健康成长极为有利.Objective To explore the interrelationship between the 3-7 years old amblyopia children＇s temperament and their parents＂ rearing style. Methods 498 children were surveyed by temperament questionnaires used respectively for children aged 3 ~ 7 and Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran （EMBU）. Results The influence of the parents＂ emotional warmth on the boys is consistent, parents＂ too much interference,rejection, denying, emotional warmth is significantly positive with the boys＇ distraction, phobotaxis and regularity, but it＇s significantly negative with the boys＂ activity level, response threshold and qulitity of the mood. The result of the girl is opposite. Conclusion Amblyopia children＇s temperament has greater influence on the parents＇ rearing style than the rearing style influenced the temperament. It＇s the children＇s temperament to directly influence the father＇s rearing style, and the behavior directly influence the mother＇s. Proper rearing style is benefit for the children＇s healthy growth.
