摘　　要：简要介绍了GIS的软件功能。指出在软件设计中没有采用先进的软件工程方法给我国的GIS软件开发造成了严重后果。In this paper,the software function of GIS has been introduced firstly.Then the author indicated that it had done serious harm to the software of GIS developing without the guidance of advanced software engineering. The reason was given and the solution was discussed. In the end it was emphasized that we must develop software of GIS with the guidance of software engineering.
