湖南省山洪灾害高发的原因分析及防治对策

摘　　要：山洪灾害是湖南省发生最频繁、损失最大的自然灾害之一。本文根据湖南省山洪灾害 发生的实际情况，从湖南的自然地理、气象以及人类活动诸方面分析了该省山洪灾害高发的原因 及主要致灾因素，指出了山洪灾害与湖区洪灾的不同特征，并提出了力。强预测预报、规范人为活 动和如何防灾避灾的对策。Mountain torrent hazard is one of the most frequent and most serious natural hazards in Hunan. This paper mainly analyzed the major reasons and the major causing hazard factors in according to the practice of mountain torrent hazards, natural geography, meteorology and human activities etc. The authors refer the varieties of features between mountain torrent hazard and the flood in lake area, and suggest the treatment measures how to enhance forecast and standard human's activities, prevent the hazard as well.
