中药化学成分防治阿尔茨海默病的药理学研究的临床现状

摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer＇s disease，AD）是一种神经系统退行性疾病，主要的病理特征是在大脑控制情绪和记忆的海马区，以及控制语言的皮质部位出现大量的老年斑和神经纤维团。随着人口老龄化的加重，老年性痴呆的患病率呈急剧的上升趋势。中医药因其具有疗效好，不良反应小的独特优势，越来越受到AD研究者们的重视。许多中药单味药有效成分显示出良好的AD防治效果。本文从中药学药物功效的角度总结了近年来被报道具有AD防治效果的中药有效部位的效果，为AD防治的研究提供线索。Blzheimer＇s disease（Alzheimer＇s disease,AD）is a degenerative disease of nervous system,the major pathological features is the control of emotion and memory in the brain hippocampus,cortex and control language of the emergence of a large number of senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles.With the aggravation of the aging of the population,the prevalence of senile dementia rise rate is rapid.Chinese medicine because of its unique advantages of good curative effect,less side effect,more and more researchers pay attention to AD.Many single herb effective components showed AD good control effect.This paper summarizes the recent reported Chinese medicine effective part with AD control effect results from the efficacy of drug in pHarmaceutical perspective,provide clues for the prevention and treatment of AD.
