肝炎患者血清肝纤四项指标及PAPP指数检测的意义分析

摘　　要：目的：对肝炎患者血清肝纤四项指标及PAPP指数在临床诊断肝炎纤维化方面的价值进行评价。方法：选取本院2010年8月-2012年8月收治的肝炎患者80例设为观察组，选取同期在本院进行健康体检者85例设为对照组，比较两组患者的肝纤四项指标及PAPP指数检测情况。结果：观察组HA、LN、C-Ⅳ、PⅢNP及PAPP指数均明显高于对照组，并具有显著性差异,P〈0.05，有统计学意义。结论：血清肝纤四项指标及PAPP指数可以客观反映检查对象的肝纤维化情况，对于临床诊断肝炎纤维化具有积极意义。Objective：To evaluate the value of serum liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis and four indexes and PAPP index in clinical diagnosis of hepatitis fibrosis.Methods：selected in our hospital from 2010 August to 2011 August were hepatitis 80 cases for the observation group, select the same period the health examination in our hospital 85 patients as control group, compared two groups of patients with hepatic fibrosis and four indexes and PAPP index detection.Results：in the observation group, HA, LN, C-Ⅳ, PⅢNP and PAPP index were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference, P〈0.05, has statistical significance. Conclusions：liver fiber four indexes and PAPP index can reflect the liver fibrosis inspection object, which has a positive significance for clinical diagnosis of hepatitis fibrosis.
