摘 要:目的探索兔颈总动脉破裂粥样硬化斑块模型血清炎症因子的水平。方法将30只健康雄性新西兰白兔随机分为3组,对照组(n=10)、高脂饮食组(n=10)和球囊损伤组(n=10)。饲养8周后,采用"腔外负压"法诱导斑块破裂,观察兔血清脂蛋白、白介素-6及hs-CRP水平的变化,彩色多普勒超声鉴定斑块形成。结果高脂饲养8周后,球囊损伤组、高脂饮食组的血清脂蛋白水平、颈总动脉血流速度、IMT显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而颈总动脉内径低于对照组;血清IL-6、hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组,高脂饮食组与球囊损伤组间差异有统计学意义。结论炎症反应参与动脉粥样硬化的形成,在粥样硬化斑块破裂中扮演重要角色;为破裂斑块的形成提供了一定的动物模型理论基础。Objective To explore the express of inflammatory factor in animal model of carotid atherosclerosis plaque rupture. Methods 30 healthy New Zealand white male rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups including control group (n=10),carotid lesion group with balloon dilation (n=10) and the high fat-diet group (n=10).The concentrations of serum lipoprotein,interleukin-6,hypersensitive C reactive protein,internal diameter of carotids,intima-media thickness and blood flow rate of carotids were obtained used by color Doppler ultrasound respectively,plaque ruptures were trig- gered by negative pressures of intra-cavity in carotids injury group,the relationship among inflammatory factor,the severity of atherosclerosis and the achievement ratio of carotid atherosclerosis plaque rupture were evaluated. Results 8 weeks after the high-fat feeding,the concentrations of plasma lipoprotein,inflammatory factor,intima-media of carotids and blood flow rate of carotids were significant increase in high fatty combining with carotids injury group and diet group received alone compared with control group (P〈0.05).Intima-media of carotids was not smooth and internal di- ameter was decreased than control group,there had significant difference between high fatty combining with carotids in- jury group and diet group received alone in inflammatory factor and internal diameter. Conclusion This study has shown inflammatory reaction not only conduce to the progression of atheresclerosis,but also play a important role in atherosclerosis plaque rupture,this study also provide more rationale of animal model in atherosclerosis plaque rupture.
