摘　　要：大一年级是学生开始认识并初步建立大学学业生涯规划的重要时期。为掌握新生的学业生涯规划现状,笔者对新生填写的《云南农业大学学业生涯手册》进行了调查、分析,以找到新生学业生涯规划的特点和存在的问题,进而提出发展学业生涯规划的工作建议,即引导新生做好学业生涯规划;加强辅导员(班主任)对新生学业生涯规划指导的培训;做好学业生涯规划全程化指导并与新生教育相结合;加强新生综合素质的培养与提高。这对于学生明确大学期间的学业目标,合理计划学习生活,顺利渡过大学生涯有重要意义。The first year is a very important period for freshmen to understand and develop their aca- demic career plannings. In order to learn about current situation of freshmen＇s academic career plan- ning, the authors have analyzed the data from the ＂Manual of Yunnan Agricultural University Academ- ic Career＂ filled in by freshmen, and tried to find out the characteristics and problems of the freshmen＇s academic career planning, and made recommendations on how to improve their planning of academic career： First, freshmen should be guided to finish their academic career plannings. Second, the instructor team should be strengthened to help students fulfill the academic career planning. Third, the academic career guidance should be implemented throughout students＇ whole college career, and be closely linked to the freshmen＇s education. Fourth, student＇s overall quality should be improved. Such practices are important to help student to set clear academic goals in university, to reasonably plan their study and life, and to smoothly finish the study.
