摘 要:针对车架结构轻量化问题,提出了一种基于DOE分析的优化设计方法。该方法首先利用拉丁超立方选点方式生成样本点,然后对每组样本点所对应的结构利用有限元软件进行分析,并提取出该结构下的响应。最后分析结果,得到最优的解。与直接利用优化算法对结构进行优化设计相比,该方法计算量小,更具有实际的工程意义。This paper develops an optimization method for the lightweight design of a car body frame, and this strategy is based on design of experiment. In the first palace, sampling points are generated according to Latin Hypercube Sampling. Then finite element analysis is conducted regarding to each sampling point. After that, each structure's responses are gained and stored. Finally, the results are elaborately analyzed and compared, and a optimum is harvested. In comparison with the result gained by using optimization algorithms directly, this method can significantly save time, which is more practical.
