摘　　要：从分析投入产出和KPI的概念入手,将投入产出分析方法移植应用于高校科研量化考核管理。通过构建投入产出模型,拟解决如何量化高校科研考核中各项KPI,并将该模型应用于高校科研目标责任状分解,提出可行性操作步骤。This paper analyzes concepts of input-output and KPI,and use input-output analysis methods in quantitative assessment of scientific research management in universities and colleges. It aims to solve the problem of KPI quantitative by building model,apply the model on task decomposition,and make feasible steps.
