浅谈现代高校后勤服务企业文化建设

摘　　要：随着高校后勤服务社会化改革的深入,依托原有的高校后勤服务部门组建的高校后勤服务企业(集团)相继成立。在高校后勤服务企业内部逐渐开始按照ISO9000系列的质量管理体系和ISO14000系列的环境管理体系进行管理。这些改革措施,不仅强化了高校后勤服务管理,改善了高校后勤服务质量,而且从根本上促进了高校后勤服务企业文化建设。就高校后勤服务企业文化的内涵,ISO质量管理体系与高校后勤文化的关系,ISO质量管理体系在构建高校后勤文化中的作用等作一探讨。Along with the logistical service socialization reformation,a great amount of university logistics enterprises or groups w hich w ere relying on the intrinsic university logistics service departments are established. ISO9000 series quality management system（ QMS） and ISO14000 series environmental management system（ EMS） have been introduced gradually into the logistics service in colleges and universities. All the above reformations,not only strengthened the service management and improved the quality of service,but also promoted fundamentally the enterprise cultural construction in the logistics service in modern colleges and universities. In this paper,the connotation,the relationship of ISO QMS w ith enterprise culture and effect of it in logistics service in colleges and universities have been discussed.
