摘 要:文章借鉴了心理学的社会能力理论和"广义就业能力框架",构建了包含12个社会技能指标的5点里克特社会能力自评量表,采用5省4588名80后新生代农民工的调研数据,验证了新生代农民工的社会能力对其社会融合具有显著的正向影响。通过因子分析,将社会能力分为职业发展能力、城市适应能力和常识了解能力三个维度。基于研究发现,文章建议在针对新生代农民工的职业培训中,要特别关注对其社会能力的培养,以促进他们社会融合的效果。This article studies the social competence of new-generation migrant workers through social skill approaches,using the Likert Scale of social competence containing 12 indicators.The statistic results,which are based on a survey in 5 provinces with a sample of 4588 respondents,show that there is a positive correlation between the social competence of new-generation migrant workers and their social integration. Three factors,named as career development ability,city adaption ability and the ability to accquire general knowledge,extracted from the data with factor analysis technique,were employed to construct an OLS multivariate regression equation.The article suggests that more tailored courses and training aimed to increase abilities of communication and expression,social interaction with different groups,positive thinking and stress relief,broader knowledge of law and working practices in industry should be adopted in current syllabus of vocational schools and in-job training.
