摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶法制备FeSO4掺杂的光催化剂TiO2,并将光催化剂负载于活性炭,然后将活性炭填装于冷电弧-光催化-吸附集成装置中,用该装置对木瓜多糖进行脱色。以木瓜多糖的脱色率和糖保留率为指标,研究脱色时间、加载电压、活性炭填充率及木瓜多糖初始质量浓度4个因素对指标的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,利用二次回归正交旋转组合设计优化木瓜多糖的冷电弧-光催化-吸附脱色工艺,建立回归模型并确定最佳脱色工艺条件。结果表明,在脱色时间22.7min、电压24.0kV、活性炭填充率41.4%及木瓜多糖质量浓度3.7mg/mL条件下,脱色率和多糖保留率分别达为73.2%和76.6%。Using tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source, TiO2 photocatalyst doped with FeSO4 was synthesized by sol-gel method. The TiO2 photocata- lysts were loaded on activated carbon, then they were filled in non-thermal plasma-photocatalytic-adsorption integrated device which was used for decoloration of papaya polysacchride. The effect of decoloration time, load voltage, activated carbon fill rates and papaya polysaceharide initial concentration on decoloration rate and polysaccharide retention rate was studied. Results showed that the optimal decoloring condition was as follows: decoloration time 22.7 min, voltage 24.0 kV, activated carbon filling rate 41.4% and polysaccharide concentration 3.7 mg/ml, the decoloration rate and polysaccharide retention rate reached 73.2% and 76.6%, respectively.
