摘　　要：脉证并治是张仲景在临床治疗过程中的一大特色,滑脉属于阳脉,多主食积、实热和痰饮等,亦是青壮年的常脉,妇女的孕脉。滑脉是六种基本脉象之一,多与浮、沉、迟、数等脉并见,形成复合脉,亦有一脉多证和一证多脉等情况。故临证时,要仔细辨别脉象,多诊合参,更好地了解疾病的发展过程,排除一些症状在身体上所表现出来的假象,判断病情,指导治疗。Pulse syndrome and treatment is a major feature of ZHANG Zhongjing during the clinical treatment. Slippery pulse belongs to Yang Meridians,the dyspepsia,excess heat and phlegm due to it. Meanwhile,it is also a young adult common pulse and pulse of pregnant women. Slippery pulse is one of the six basic pulses,happening with floating, sinking,slow and rapid pulse and forming a composite pulse. Moreover,usually have a various pulse conditions,so treating should be careful to distinguish the disease of pulse. Have a better understanding of disease development,excluding some symptoms manifested in the physical appearance,to direct the treatment.
