摘　　要：肺癌干细胞的发现及对其生物学特性的认识,为肺癌的研究及临床治疗提供了新的思路。文章就肺癌干细胞的发现、来源、表面标志、调控机制及相关治疗策略的研究进展作一综述。The discovery of cancer stem cell theory and the explorations of the biological char- acteristics have provided a new research pathway in the field of lung cancer study and clinical therapy. The research progress in the discovery, sources, surface markers, regulatory mechanism and therapeutic strategies for lung cancer stem cells are reviewed.
