摘　　要：文章主要对盆腔淋巴结转移规律,术前评估淋巴结转移的方法,及影响盆腔淋巴结转移的相关因素进行综述,为早期宫颈癌手术治疗方式的个体化选择提供参考。In this review,it mainly summarize the pattern of pelvic lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer, preoperative evaluation methods of lymph node metastasis, and discusse the related factors influencing the pelvic lymph node metastasis, and provide guidance for individual surgical treatment for cervical cancer early stage.
