摘　　要：低聚异麦芽糖作为寡糖类替代抗生素的新型绿色饲料添加剂,在食品安全局势日益严重和全民建设生态文明的强烈号召下,已引起人们的关注。本文从低聚糖的分类和作用机理以及低聚异麦芽糖的特殊功效和开发前景阐述了其在动物养殖和饲料生产中的应用。As a substitution in oligosaccharide for antibiotic, isomaltooligosaccharide has arose people＇s strong concern as a new green feed additive under the serious circustance of food safety and strong call for constructing ecological civilization. The article mainly describes the application of isomaltooligosaccharide in animal breeding and feed production by introducing classification, mechanism of action, special function and development prospects of isomaltooligosaccharide.
