摘  要:目的 定量检测精神分裂症患者血清中免疫球蛋白(IgG,IgM,IgA)核心岩藻糖的糖基化水平,探讨其糖链结构改变的免疫球蛋白对免疫功能的影响.方法 应用小扁豆凝集素(LCA)亲合ELISA法定量检测了46例精神分裂症患者及47例正常对照者血清中LCA-Ig水平.结果 精神分裂症患者血清中LCA-IgG水平(A值)1.598±0.311,LCA-IgM水平0.226±0.067,LCA-IgA水平0.281±0.071,显著高于对照组1.388±0.285,0.175±0.045和0.208±0.044(t=3.417,4.359,5.972;P<0.01).不同性别、不同病程的精神分裂症患者间LCA-Ig水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 精神分裂症患者血清中较高水平的LCA-Ig可能是造成患者免疫球蛋白糖链的构象变化影响其正常调节功能的分子基础.Objective To detect quantitatively serum imrnunoglobulin schizophrenia (IgG, IgM, IgA) glycosylation level ofcore fucose,investigate the effect of structural changes in its sugar chain immunoglobulin for immune function. MethodsThe levels of LCA-Igs immunoglobulin bonded with lens eulinaris agglutinin (LCA) in serum from 46 patients with schizo-phrenia and 47 health people were determined by LCA affinity ELISA. Results The level of sera LCA-IgG,LCA-IgM,LCA-IgA in patients with schizophrenia was 1. 598±0. 311,0. 226±0. 067 and 0. 281±0. 071 respectively,which was significantly higher than that of health people (1. 388±0. 285,0. 175±0. 045 and 0. 208±0. 044;t=3. 417,4. 359,5. 972;P〈0.01).Moreover,there was no significant difference of the levels of LCA-Ig among the patients with schizophrenia from differentsex or disease progression (P〉0.05). Conclusion High levels of serum LCA-Ig in patients with schizophrenia may lead tothe conformational ehanges of carbohydrate chains of immunoglobulin,which affects the molecular basis for their function.
