摘  要:目的 研究脑出血患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)与血脂浓度变化及其相关性.方法 选取2012年1月-12月收治的内科脑出血患者177例作为研究对象,以同期的180例健康体检者作为对照组,测定空腹血清中HCY,TG,TCH,HDL-C及LDL-C的浓度,并进行统计学分析.结果 脑出血组的HCY浓度(19.71±5.83) μmol/L明显高于对照组(12.74±1.79)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=7.558,P=8.487E-10);而脑出血组的TG,TCH,HDL-CTT和LDL-C浓度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.356,-1.439,-1.241和-0.104;P=0.723,0.155,0.218和0.917).讨论 高HCY血症与脑出血的发生有一定的密切关系,HCY是脑出血的一种独立危险因素.因此,重视HCY的临床监测并控制血中HCY的水平,对脑出血的预防和诊疗具有重要的意义.Objective To investigate the relevance between the serum homocysteine and diversification of the blood iipid on patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Choose 177 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage as the research object, with 180 cases of healthy people over the same period as the controlone from Jan. to Dec. 2012 internal medicine,and measure the concentration of HCY,TG,TCH, HDL-C and LDL-C in the serum under the circumstance of the limosis, and ana- lyzed statistically. Results The HCY concentration in the cerebral hemorrhage group (19.71±5.83)μmol/I. was apparently higher than that in the control one (12.74±1.79)μmol/L, the difference was statistically significant (t=7. 558, P=8. 487E- 10). Cerebral hemorrhage group, TG, TCH, HDL-C and LDL-C concentrations compared with the control group, the difference was nol stalistically significant (t=0. 356,-1. 439,-1. 241 and -0. 104;P=0. 723,0. 155,0. 218 and 0. 917). Conclusion The blood symptom of high HCY had something to do with the cerebral hemorrhage,so HCY is one independently dangerous factor for cerebral hemorrhage. Paing attention to monitoring and controling the level of serum HCY has important significance for the prevention and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.
