场域视角下我国民族地区农村社区的福利建设

摘　　要：社区福利是世界各主要国家福利发展的主流模式,我国民族地区农村社会福利建设应以民族社区为主要平台加快推进。在场域视角下,民族地区农村社区福利建设的场域是一个民族文化的场域,各民族的福利文化传统是社区福利建设的重要惯习和资本。从场域、惯习与资本的特性和实际出发,我国民族地区的农村社区福利建设应走一条多元化的福利发展之路。Community world. Social welfare welfare is the construction of main mode in the welfare development of the major countries in the ethnic rural regions should be boosted from the ethnic communities. From the perspective of the field, the field of community welfare construction of ethnic rural regions is a field of ethnic culture, and the welfare culture of all ethnic groups is important habitus and capital in the community welfare construction. From the features and realities of the field, hahitus and capital, the social welfare construction of ethnic rural regions should take a diversified development way.
