摘　　要：近年来学术界围绕"微博问政"这一主题,在有关微博问政的科学内涵、现实意义、权利保障、独特优势、主要问题和对策建议等方面进行了比较深入地探讨。当前学术界认为微博问政在实际运行中致力于保障人民的四种基本权利,尊重人的价值、实现人的尊严、维护人的权利。微博问政作为一种新兴的网络参政形式,其理论研究在广度、深度和纬度方面仍存在薄弱之处,还有巨大的拓展和深化空间。通过对上述各方面相关研究成果作一综述,旨在对今后进一步深入研究微博问政问题有所裨益。In recent years,the academic circles have launched the theoretical research about the micro-blog for politic commenting and obtained certain theoretical results in terms of the scientific connotation, practical signifi- cance, protection rights, unique advantages, main problems and suggestions. The academics argue that it is helpful to protect four kinds of basic rights if the micro-blog is used in political commentary. It can respect human val- ues, achieve human dignity and safeguard the rights. As a new form, the micro-blog for politic commenting has be- come an important form to participate in government and political affairs. However, there are many weaknesses in the theoretical research about it. It needs to develop and deepen. Based on a survey to the existing research results, the paper will be good to further study about the micro-blog for politic commenting.
