新疆高校的国际化战略探析——以新疆师范大学为例

摘  要:21世纪是一个国际化的世纪,国际化的视野意味着彼此开放,彼此互信与了解。新疆高校,同样需要用国际化的眼光来应对国际化的世界。新疆高校国际化发展与内地高校国际化发展既有相同点,也有不同点;既有优势也有劣势。与中亚国家相近的地缘优势和跨国界民族语言互通优势,使得新疆高校在中亚国家具有一定影响力,但是与内地相比,内地高校的国际化程度已经延伸到全球知名高校,这一点新疆高校还存在不小差距。伴随着国家“丝绸之路经济带”战略的提出,新疆高校面临更大挑战,需要培养更多具有国际视野的人才。因此新疆高校应该找准差距,主动学习,积极交流,让先进经验为我所用。文本以新疆高校中的新疆师范大学为例,就新疆高校国际化发展战略进行探讨;以期提升新疆高校的国际化水平,为新疆发展稳定及长治久安和国家重大战略培养优秀人才服好务。21st century is the age of internationalization. International perspective implies mutual opening, mutual trust and understanding.Xinjiang'institutions of higher education is of no exception, which need to deal with internationalized world in international view. The internationalized development of local institutions share something on the one hand but differ on the other compared with those in rest of China; advantages exist side by side with disadvantages. The geographical advantage of neighboring on central Asian countries and cross-border ethnic language communicable advantage make Xinjiang's institutions influential in central- Asian countries. However, compared with those elsewhere in China, their internationalization has extended to global leading institutions, a long way to go for Xinjiang's institutions. In the wake of national strategy of "Silk-Road Economic Belt",Xinjiang's institutions will face even greater challenge to train more professionals for that purpose within obligation of the local institutions. Hence, we should identify a gap and learn advanced experience from them. The essay, with internationalized strategy of local institutions for discussion in a bid to raise the internationalization and cultivate excellent figures for Xinjiang'striding progress and long-term stability.
