摘　　要：常规心电图和动态心电图是目前临床常用的心律失常检测方法。常规心电图只能捕捉数秒的心电信息,因而检测心律失常的价值十分有限。24h动态心电图能够记录24h的心电信息,大大提高了心律失常的检出率,但其实时性差,尤其对于发作不频繁的患者其检出率仍然受限。In this study,we investigated the possible value of the ECG tele-monitoring apparatus in the diagnosis of arrhythmias.Results showed that arrhythmia positive detectable rate for such arrhythmias was higher by the ECG tele-monitoring apparatus than 24hour dynamic electrocardiogram（P〈0.05）.Moreover,ECG tele-monitoring apparatus is easy to carry,simple to operate and long time to monitor,which is superior for infrequent episodes patients.
