摘  要:目的探讨Fas、核因子κB(NF-κB)和血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Fas、NF-κB和VEGF-C在137例乳腺浸润性导管癌、17例乳腺导管内癌及20例正常乳腺组织中的表达,分析其与乳腺癌临床病理因素的相关性。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌、乳腺导管内癌、正常乳腺组织中的Fas、NF-κB与VEGF-C阳性表达率均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。Fas异常表达与肿瘤直径、组织分化程度、TNM分期有关(P<0.05);NF-κB阳性表达与肿瘤直径、组织分化程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);VEGF-C阳性表达与淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。Fas与NF-κB和VEGF-C阳性表达呈负相关(P<0.05),NF-κB与VEGF-C阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Fas、NF-κB和VEGF-C在乳腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,对乳腺癌预后的判断有参考价值。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of Fas, nuclear factor-kappaB(NF-κB) and vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma. Methods The expressions of Fas, NF-κB and VEGF-C were detected by immunohistochemistry in 137 cases with infiltrating ductal breast carcinoma, 17 cases with ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS) and 20 cases with normal breast tissues. The correlation of the expressions and clinicopathologic characteristics was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Fas, NF-κB and VEGF-C were all significantly different among infiltrating ductal breast carcinoma, DCIS and normal breast tissues(P〈0. 05). Fas expression was closely related with tumor size, histological grade and TNM stage(P〈0. 05), NF-κB expression was related with tumor size, histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P〈0. 05), and VEGF-C expression was related with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P〈0. 05). Moreover, Fas was negatively correlated with NF-κB and VEGF-C expressions(P〈0. 05), while NF-κB was positively correlated with VEGF-C expression in breast infiltrating ductal earcinoma(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Fas, NF-κB and VEGF-C play an essential role in the development and progression of breast cancer, which may be taken as the potential indicators for predicting the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.
