摘　　要：目的:建立甘肃省保安族正常恒牙初期牙软组织侧貌的X线头影测量Burstone分析法的正常值,并探讨其软组织侧貌的性别特征。方法:选取保安正常恒牙初期牙儿童265例(男135例,年龄13.71±1.83岁;女130例,年龄12.52±1.64岁),摄取标准头颅侧位定位片,应用Dolphin Imaging软件选取标志点,并进行计算机辅助测量,采用SPSS13.0软件包进行统计学分析,对其颌面部软组织侧貌进行性别的特征分析,并与正常汉族青年的数据进行对比讨论。结果:得到Burstone分析法的正常值标准。结论:男女软组织侧貌发育特征很相近,但仍存在一定差异,颏唇沟深(Si-LiPg′),鼻唇角(Pn-Sn-Lso),下唇突距(Li-SnPg′)女性大于男性,上下唇长度比(Sn-Stms/Stmi-Me),面部高度男性大于女性,保安族人男性唇部和面中部软组织侧貌比女性明显突出。了解正常牙牙人群软组织侧貌的发育特征,有助于临床诊断及矫治计划的制定。Objective To establish the normal values of cephalometry of soft-tissue profile in BaoAn children with normal occlusion in Gansu Province and to study the gender characteristic of soft-tissue profile.Methods The cephalometric radiographs of 265 BaoAn children with normal occlusion （135 males with an average age of 13.71±1.83 years and 130 females with an average age of 12.52±1.64 years） were measured by Dolphin Imaging Software.Then SPSS13.0 software package,along with Burstone cephalometric analysis,was employed to do statistics analysis on the results.The difference of soft-tissue profile on different genders was analyzed.Results We obtain the standard value and standard deviation of Burstone cephalometric analysis methods BaoAn children with normal occlusion in Gansu Province,with some differences observed between different genders and different nationalities.Conclusion Although both genders have similar development characteristic of soft-tissue profile,there still exist some differences.Face thickness and height of men more than women,men who been labial ministry and the central soft tissue side looks sharp than women.To understand the development characteristic of soft-tissue profile in population with normal occlusion is contributed to clinical diagnosis and treatment planning.
